Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Elite Ink / Universal Sports Auctions

Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN    Full-Time (40 hrs/week)    In-Office, with some travel to games & events

About Us

Universal Sports Auctions (also known as Elite Ink) is a Minneapolis/St. Paul-based sports memorabilia company specializing in autographed jerseys, photos, helmets, and more — with a focus on Minnesota Vikings and Wild items. Beyond memorabilia, we run a consignment auction house and an in-house framing business, and we host official autograph signing events with players from the Vikings, Wild, Twins, and other pro teams. We're best known for our 100+ silent auctions across bars, restaurants, and venues in the Twin Cities, plus a showroom and stadium presence — and we're now investing seriously in building our digital and social media presence to match.

The Role

We're hiring a Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager to build and run our brand's video and social media presence from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who can shoot and edit professional-quality video, design sharp graphics, and run our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts like a modern, fast-moving brand — think the energy, pace, and production value of brands like UNRL, Wild, Vikings, Etc.

You'll be embedded in a business with a constant stream of real content to capture: autograph signings with Vikings, Wild, and Twins players, silent auctions across the Twin Cities, and a working memorabilia and framing shop. Your job is to capture it, produce it, and turn it into a brand people actively follow.

We're looking for someone self-sufficient — who can build their own content calendar, spot opportunities, and run with them without needing to be told what to shoot next.

What You'll Do

Shoot and edit professional-quality, brand-building video for social media, ads, and the website — both short-form and long-form

Design graphics for social posts, promotions, and marketing materials

Plan, post, and manage day-to-day content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Travel to Vikings, Wild, and Twins games, autograph signings, and other events to capture content

Build and grow our online brand presence and following

Develop and drive a content calendar and posting strategy with minimal day-to-day direction

Partner with ownership on brand direction and campaigns

What You'll Need

A few years of professional experience in video editing and social media management

A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design skills

Proven experience running brand social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

A sharp eye for brand building and content that performs

A reliable personal vehicle — this role requires regular travel to games, signings, and events around the Twin Cities

A self-starter mentality — comfortable setting your own priorities and workflow with limited oversight

Nice to Have (Not Required)

      Shopify / e-commerce / marketing experience

Experience at a similar sports memorabilia, sports marketing, or apparel/brand-focused company

Experience building promotions via text and email marketing

Schedule & Location

      Full-time, 40 hours/week

Based in-office in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, generally Monday–Friday, with flexibility for evening and weekend games/events

Regular travel to stadiums, venues, and signing events across the Twin Cities

      Reports directly to ownership

Compensation & Benefits

      Pay: commensurate with experience

      Paid time off (PTO)

      Employee discount

Regular access to work alongside local professional athletes and teams — Vikings, Wild, Twins, and more

A ground-floor opportunity to build a brand's entire digital presence and make the role your own

How to Apply

Please submit a resume along with a portfolio or reel showcasing your video editing and graphic design work, and a short note on why you'd be a good fit.

Full-Time Jersey Stretcher

Elite Ink / Universal Sports Auctions
Website: us-auctions.com

Elite Ink / Universal Sports Auctions is looking for a full-time Jersey Stretcher to join our memorabilia production team. This role is responsible for carefully stretching autographed jerseys so they are ready for the custom framing process.

This is a hands-on position that requires patience, consistency, and a strong eye for detail. Prior jersey stretching experience is helpful, but we understand that this is a very specific skill. We are willing to train the right person who takes pride in precise, clean work and has the mindset of a perfectionist.

What You’ll Do

As a Jersey Stretcher, you will prepare signed jerseys for framing by carefully positioning, stretching, and securing them so they look clean, balanced, and professional. Every jersey represents an athlete, a fan, and a memory, so the small details matter.

Responsibilities include:

  • Stretching autographed jerseys for custom framing

  • Making sure jerseys are centered, straight, clean, and display-ready

  • Paying close attention to sleeves, numbers, names, logos, corners, and folds

  • Handling autographed memorabilia with care

  • Working with the framing and production team to keep projects moving

  • Maintaining consistent quality across every item

  • Following company standards for presentation and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who is patient, steady-handed, detail-oriented, and takes pride in getting things right. You do not need to come from the memorabilia industry, but you should be the type of person who notices when something is slightly crooked, uneven, or off-center.

You may be a great fit if you are:

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Patient and focused

  • Careful with valuable or delicate items

  • Comfortable doing repetitive precision work

  • Reliable and consistent

  • A strong visual thinker

  • Someone who takes pride in high-quality results

  • A bit of a perfectionist in the best way

Previous experience with jersey stretching, framing, matting, sewing, tailoring, production work, sign-making, art handling, crafting, or other detail-focused hands-on work is a plus, but not required.
